Refund Policy

What you are paying for

After payment, your browser session is unlocked for 24 hours: more files, larger batches, and ZIP downloads according to the limits shown on the site. This is a digital service delivered immediately after successful payment.

When refunds apply

We will review a refund if:

• Money was deducted but your session did not unlock (include your Razorpay payment ID).
• The service was unavailable for a long period right after your payment and you could not convert files.
• You were charged twice for the same session by mistake.

When refunds usually do not apply

• You successfully converted files during the 24-hour window.
• The JSON file was invalid or empty (use the free trial to test first).
• You expected a feature not listed on the homepage (for example PDF export).
• Change of mind after the access period has been used.

How to request a refund

Email support@ankursonidev.in within 7 days of payment with:

• Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_)
• Date and amount paid
• Short description of the issue

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

Payment disputes

You may also raise a dispute through your bank or Razorpay support. We will respond with payment records to help resolve genuine issues quickly.
